The importance of connection

Nothing better than a truly genuine and authentic connection with another human, it sounds simple but it is truly incredible to connect with someone in conversation whether that be a friend, your partner, your family. Life is all about those genuine conversations that fire you up and get you excited about just living. That has been one of the greatest accomplishment I have continued from landmark is the understanding what truly listening and actively engaging in conversation means. This is something I thought I understood but got a completely different perspective on post-landmark! Being an active listener every second changes how I have conversation and the quality of how I contribute to others with my words.
